Cancellation Description : Once you cancel your booking up to 48 hours prior to arrival you will not incur a cancellation fee from the hotel. Cancellations that are made within 48 hours prior to arrival and no shows at the hotel will be charged the 1st night of the stay to your card. Please note that your booking deposit is non refundable.

Travel Description : The Hotel is in the town center on Upper Castle street. We do not have onsite car parking due to our on street location, however, we do have a set down area for check in, public parking is available adjacent to the hotel and is free after 6pm. The Edward St. multi-story carpark is located less than 1 minutes walk from the hotel and is open from 7.30am to 7pm daily and provides secure overnight parking also.
