We’ve being staying here for many years. Maybe 3 times each year. Always we find the staff friendly and efficient. The breakfast and bar food excellent. We arrived early and was pleasantly surprised to find our room ready. Location ideal. A number of buses stop directly outside the hotel.

Both of us in our late seventies. In town for medical appointments. The Burlington was central for us. The staff were attentive, good humoured and very helpful. The breakfast was exceptional. We look forward to returning for a leisure break off season.
Nice bright hotel, plenty of staff at the check in desk, a large breakfast room with plenty of choice. The rooms are spacious and bright. You do have to pay for parking and there may not always be a space if you check in late
I go to Dublin regularly and always stay at the Clayton, Burlington Road. I find the staff extremely friendly and efficient, especially Marcello, who is always very welcoming and accommodating on reception. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and the food is excellent.
Stayed overnight with my daughter for a shopping trip. Ideally situated to walk to the shops it was only about a 15 minute walk to Grafton Street. The hotel is lovely, plenty of space, great food and the staff are so friendly and attentive. We will definitely be booking in again.

Fabulous comfortable well located hotel. Staff very professional and friendly particularly restaurant manager from Madeira. Room a bit disappointing hence 4 out of 5 rating. Small double bed and a single bed in a small enough room and shower in the bath was awkward. Also could hear traffic noise...however would definitely recommend staying here.

The Clayton Hotel in Burlington Road is a lovely big clean hotel with very welcoming staff to look after all your needs. Check in was swift. We were allocated a nice big clean room with very comfortable beds for a great nights sleep. The toiletries in the bathroom were in good supply and the bathroom was spotless because I checked it out. All Covid measures are adhered to within the hotel as guests have to wear masks in public areas, and there are hand sanitisers stationed around different areas of the hotel. Breakfast was served in the hotel dining room. You could have the full Irish or the continental whatever you felt like on the day. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends and I hope to visit them again soon for another stay. Thank you Clayton Burlington Road.
We enjoyed our stay from Sunday 19th September to Wednesday 22 September. We needed, out of necessity, to book the 3rd night and there was no problem. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had a very comfortable room. Certainly we would stay again. Thank you.
Absolutely 5 star! Bed / pillows so comfy. Breakfast unreal. Friendly staff. Smooth check in. 100% would recommend. Can not find any fault, just fabulous, want to return soon.

Unfortunately we had to change bedrooms late around 10:30 as a/c would not work for us. Appreciated getting different room but no gesture offered to compensate, something simple like free parking for the inconvenience? Breakfast was lovely

Brilliant staff, couldn't do enough to make the stay go smoothly, great room, upgraded to a king. Only complaint would be the food if I'm being honest, for the price I'd expect better quality, drinks also a bit on the expensive side. Apart from that had a great stay, if staying agian I would book a local restaurant and not dine in the hotel, but would definitely stay again, the location is ideal if you want to explore Dublin City only 15 min walk.
We loved our stay and had dinner there on 2 nights which was excellent and staff during our stay were lovely. However when we arrived at the hotel the 2 staff at the desk were far from welcoming and were doubtful about our booking and hesitant even when I showed my booking on the phone. They seemed bored and disinterested which is very unusual for receptionists. We were 2 couples and one remarked 'hope this isn't the start of things to come' Thankfully it wasn't and I have highly recommend this Clayton Hotel to others.
Hotel was clean comfortable and most of the staff were lovely and very accommodating. However when we went to the bar for our dinner the person looking after us said in a very loud voice oh you're here on a lidl break. ( Everyone in the bar could hear her) Proceeded to take the menus from us that she had already given us and handed us other ones. The low tub chairs and high table were not comfortable at all to eat at and the meal with the exception of the starters was extremely poor.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful and our room was great - lovely large bed! The location is great too - nice and quiet but close enough to walk to the city.
Service was great, but would have liked to be asked if I wanted eggs during serving breakfast, Iwas asked after breakfast was served. Apart from that everything was. lovely. Rooms clean and nice staff very nice food ????. Would stay again.

We had all good to say about our trip. Excellent staff , Cleanliness was amazing , the hotel is very modern, beds are so big and so comfortable , I had the best nights sleep that I ever had at a hotel. food was lovely and bar was very relaxing. lobby area was great to sit in , very bright and spacious . we stayed in room 533 and 525 and we loved them . will definatley return soon .
Location is ideal. Room very clean, absolutely loved the decor of the hotel. Food was delicious. Paul and Catherine looked after us so well at breakfast on Wednesday am, Definitely would recommend this hotel. Will be back again if got special offer.

Very friendly hotel, staff were so polite and accommodating there is plenty of parking for a small fee, and the food was delicious. The hotel was very well run given the current covid situation
The hotel is spotless and staff are amazing, every single one of them. We had burger and chips in the hotel and while fine I didn't think it was worth the 18 euro price tag. The other thing that was off putting was the charge for the car park. It was €14 per night, but we got a special as we were staying 2 nights. It was €14 in total. As I said off putting but not terrible. Just to factor cost into your budget
We loved the location, 15 mins walk from city centre. Room was great, clean and great facilities, and bed very comfy. We loved the staff at the Clayton, from receptionists to waiting staff in restaurant and at breakfast. They were excellent. Breakfast was amazing quality. Would recommend for sure
